Terms of Service

1. Service Description and Changes

We provide AI-powered content generation and management services (the "Service"), including text, script, image, audio, and video generation. The Service may be updated or adjusted as technology and business needs evolve. Some features may be experimental and are not guaranteed to remain available.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and meet the minimum digital consent age in your region. If you do not meet the requirement, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and supervise your use.

3. Accounts and Security

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password.
• Each user may maintain only one account; we may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Availability and Rate Limits

The Service may be interrupted for maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure. We do not guarantee continuous availability or specific features. To prevent abuse, we may limit request frequency.

5. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions

• Content generation may consume credits; actual usage is shown in the product.
• Paid services are processed by third-party payment providers (PayPal) and subject to their terms.
• Except where required by law, purchased credits or subscription fees are non-refundable.
• You can cancel subscriptions at any time; no further charges occur after cancellation.

6. User Content and Generated Results

• You are responsible for the legality of the content you submit and the results you generate.
• To the extent permitted by law, you retain rights to generated content.
• You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including processing prompts, generating content, storing, and caching.
• We do not guarantee that AI outputs will be free of third-party rights; you must review and verify usage.
• Generated results are not guaranteed to be suitable for trademark registration or legal use.
• We make no representations that generated content is suitable for commercial use. You are responsible for conducting your own legal review.

7. Public Display and Sharing

To showcase results, we may display selected generated works and nicknames on example pages or community features. If you prefer not to be shown or want removal, contact us and we will handle it promptly.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

You may not use the Service to generate, distribute, store, or transmit any NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content, sexually explicit content, pornographic material, depictions of sexual acts, or any content that depicts or exploits minors in any way. This prohibition applies to all user prompts, all generated outputs (text, image, audio, video), and any downstream use of the Service. We integrate an upstream content moderation API on every AI image, video, and audio generation endpoint to enforce this policy, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that attempt to bypass or circumvent moderation.

• Post or generate illegal, infringing, fraudulent, pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise inappropriate content.
• Reverse engineer, bypass restrictions, scrape at scale, automate abuse, or perform competitive analysis.
• Interfere with the Service or harm others.

9. Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) describes specific activities that are not allowed when you use the Service. It supplements Section 8 (Prohibited Conduct) and is part of these Terms of Service.

You may not use the Service to generate, request, store, or distribute content that includes any of the following:

We use automated content moderation on all AI image, video, and audio generation endpoints to detect and block prohibited content. You acknowledge that moderation may reject prompts that, in good faith, we believe to be policy violations, and that false positives may occur; in such cases you may contact us at [email protected] to request review.

• NSFW or sexually explicit content of any kind, including nudity, sexual acts, erotic material, or content designed to arouse.
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that depicts, sexualizes, or exploits minors in any way. We report all suspected CSAM to the relevant authorities.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery or content that depicts sexual activity without the consent of all parties shown.
• Sexual or erotic content involving real, identifiable individuals (including public figures) without their consent.
• Any attempt to bypass, evade, or manipulate our content moderation systems, including prompt engineering designed to elicit prohibited outputs (e.g., "jailbreak" prompts, role-play framing, or system-prompt injection).

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, brand assets, interface, and code are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use them commercially without authorization.

11. IP Complaints and Takedowns

If you believe content in the Service infringes your rights, provide proof of ownership, the location of the content, your contact details, and a truthful statement, then send it to [email protected].

We will review valid notices and may remove, block, or restrict access as appropriate. If content is removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice and we will re-evaluate.

12. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party products (such as payments, cloud storage, analytics, or AI model providers). Their terms and policies also apply.

13. Disclaimer

The Service and generated content are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or uninterrupted availability. You assume all risks of use.

14. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you during the six (6) month period prior to the cause of action.

If your violation of these terms causes us loss, you agree to indemnify us.

15. Suspension and Termination

If you violate these terms, we may suspend or terminate your access and account. You may stop using the Service at any time; fees and benefits are governed by the payment page and applicable law.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.

If a dispute arises, the parties should first attempt to resolve it amicably for at least thirty (30) days.

If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules. The seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

YOU AND DRAMA GEN AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Unless both you and we agree, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

17. Miscellaneous

• Force majeure: we are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Severability: if any part is invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect.
• Entire agreement: these terms and the privacy policy constitute the complete agreement.
• No waiver: failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.

18. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time and publish the updated version on this page. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updates.
